By accessing or using RankUpExam, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable law and any requirements that apply to you.

2. Educational Use

RankUpExam is an independent educational practice platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SSC, UPSC, the Railway Recruitment Boards, or any other examination authority. Mock tests and study materials are for preparation and learning; they are not official examinations or notifications.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the website for your personal study and practice. Unless the relevant rights holder or RankUpExam has given written permission, you must not:

• copy, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website materials;
• scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract questions or other content;
• interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute unlawful or harmful material; or
• remove or alter copyright, attribution, or other rights notices.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

RankUpExam includes a mix of material that may be original, licensed, publicly available, or otherwise subject to rights held by RankUpExam or third parties. Rights in each item remain with the applicable owner. A question’s appearance on this website does not mean that RankUpExam claims ownership of the underlying question or source material. Exam questions, explanations, formatting, and other content may have different rights and permitted uses.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party material or grants you a licence beyond personal use of the service.

5. Copyright Concerns and Removal Requests

If you believe material on RankUpExam infringes your copyright or other rights, email rankupexam@gmail.com with “Copyright Concern” in the subject line. Please include:

• your name and contact details, and the name of the rights holder;
• identification of the protected work and information showing your authority to act for its owner;
• the exact page URL(s) and a description of the material you are reporting; and
• a good-faith statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized, plus a statement that the information in your report is accurate.

We will review complete reports promptly. Where a credible rights concern is identified, we may restrict access while reviewing it; material found to infringe will be removed. We may contact you for clarification. This email process does not replace any formal procedure required by applicable law.

6. Accounts and Saved Progress

Some features may allow sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure. Practice progress may be saved in your browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Availability, Features, and Changes

We may add, update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or improve the website. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. If any feature has a price or specific access condition, it will be shown before you choose to use or purchase it.

8. Accuracy and Limitation

We work to make materials useful, but questions, answers, explanations, exam patterns, and study information may contain errors or become outdated. Verify important information with official sources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RankUpExam is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Some features may rely on third-party services or link to external sites. Those services and sites are governed by their own terms and policies; RankUpExam does not control their content or availability.

We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
